From functional module design to the contract development of a complete device – we handle all development tasks as independent projects. We take on complete development jobs as well as subtasks within projects. In addition to our engineering services, we also support you within regulatory approvals processes, or production and logistics topics.

Industry typical, our development process follows the V-Model. This describes a clearly defined process from the definition of requirement specifications to the development of modules or devices. In each phase of the project, a comparison is made between the results achieved and the original requirements and specifications. As a result, possible deviations are detected and corrected early on. This helps to keep defined time schedules, costs and development plans under control.

As we work for so many customers simultaneously and furthermore in a specific and unique field of medical technology, we are very stringent in the handling of your know-how and IP. There is no transfer possible between customer projects – we respect your desires and individual requirements to safeguard and protect your interests and intellectual property rights.

It should also be emphasized at this point that the AC Aircontrols also has its own patents (e.g.in the area of gas dosing technology), which can also be licensed if interested.
